Why is generalizing a big deal, its just to narrow down oppinions. The answer to who is right or wrong wont be answered in a Gamespot Forum. Gerneralizing or Not Generalizing its about different views and oppinions.
hes just generalizing the topic thats been issued before, just with a different angle. Different views from all different religeons. Maybe he was just hoping to see more opinions from catholics and protestants, and less of the Athiest view.

I agree that simplistic understanding is WHY people believe or not. Most people in this world cant go without reason. The most easiest way to describe life and why we are here is by turning to religeon. If people dident do that then there would be more poeple out there driving themselves insane trying to figure out why we exist or other answers to life's mysteries. People need that simplicity. right or wrong it is there for people
Well im Canadian.. (partially) and I say... wait canada isnt even much of a country. its still owned by england! and even if canada wanted to. Quebec and the French would never allow it. I really dont feel like have quebec mix in with some American states... except Texas..
Of course it's different than Athiests versus Christians, because Protestants and Catholics share the same basic tenets of belief, instead of being opposed on the basic tenets of belief.
This is a pointless thread. Obviously, a protestant will say they're the correct religion, while catholics will say the same. Just like athiests, buddhists, hindus, jews, muslims, scientologists and worshipers of Odin will all say they're right.
Protestantism 1) im not catholic 2) The differences are ridiculous / considering the use of the SAME BOOK. Really, jesus on the cross or not on the cross. Speaking so much of God being EVERYWHERE, why do i need to talk to a priest to talk to god? 3) on the OTHER hand, catholics seem to be more into the Goodness part, where as at a Pentecostal or Southern Baptist you can hear a christian Death Metal band. ??? 4) I think its a rediculous argument, that God is laughing at us.. and like South Park says, the Mormons are the ones who where right all along.
Nah, people who really want to make a big deal of it, are already loosers themselves for making a big deal out of it. I enjoy it, and im going to keep gaming openly.... booya
