Best: "Alone in the Dark: Inferno" - A total suprise, especially for a $10 game, it's everything i love in a survival horror title.

Worst: "BioShock" - Wish I had never heard of the game, it flat-out stinks on ice. I know, you like it, I'm crazy... whatever, keep your recriminations to yourself, I hate the game and nothing will change my mind. You're welcome to your opinion because I'm welcome to mine. We'll just have to agree to disagree.

Yeah I also hate it when I buy one game that everyone loves and I end up hating it with a passion, especially when you have people who fight to the death to defend it.

Best - Red Dead Redemption

Worst - Saboteur (Even the game being pretty cheap couldn't save it from being shelved before I could finish it. I hated the stealth, climbing, driving and the hand to hand combat and the only reason I kept playing for as long as I did was the gunplay.)

If it were me and I couldn't find a source online, trust me this would be my last option, I'd probably look for someone on ebay selling a broken PS3. Like I said though I'd have to be really desperate in order to go this route only because I'm sure it's expensive. I'm sure there's a site out there somewhere that sells PS3 parts. Either way, I hope you find a cheaper alternative though.

I have a launch 60 gig which ran out of room as soon as most games required you download over a gig to the HDD. Hopefully the 500 gig HDD I'm rockin now will keep me from upgrading ever again.

I think a lot of sites will give this a 9.5 to a 10 but since we are talking about gamespot then I would guess at a 8.5 to a 9.0. After their new score structure took effect it seems like their scoring became a little more strict when it comes to giving games high scores.

I will most likely. I love the idea of motion control but it's never been implemented very well which is why I have high hopes for the Move but something tells me that even though it might be better than the wii it still won't be what I am hoping for, and if so then I may have to just deal with the fact that motion control will never truly be fun.

I was like you, didn't care too much about it until I saw a few games that supported it. I just hope developers actually support it enough to make some awesome games with the controls but I have a bad feeling that most developers will support it just enough to say they support it, meaning that you can play their game with the Playstation Move but it won't be a very good experience, for anyone who has played Farcry on the Wii then that's the controls I think will mostly happen but I hope I'm wrong.

As of now it's Batman Arkham Asylum but that may change with Uncharted 2

The first day I bought Grand Theft Auto 3 I played 26 hours straight. I only stopped to eat and go to the restroom but other than that I was glued to the TV, the sad thing is I never finished it that day, I was more content with just causing mayhem. Although I did get far enough to unlock the second island.

I can't speak for everyone but the gamestop near me has done more than enough to the majority of it's customers to warrant no sells. For example, I bought a new game a few years ago, the game wasn't wrapped but I was told that I had the same policy as if it were wrapped. Well that same day I received the same game as a late gift from a friend, and of course the version he got me was used. I took the "new" game back but was told that since it was opened my only option was to get the trade in value which was extremely low compared to what I actually paid. So what I was told and how it went down were two completely different things. And it doesn't end there either. Every time I was browsing within the store I was constantly hearing the employees telling customers that the PS3 was a POS, the Wii is for kids and that only true gamers own a 360. Don't get me wrong, if your favorite system is the 360 that's fine but being biased against all systems except yours needs to be left at the door. There are other examples but those were the two major ones that has me buying games from a different retailer.

So my hatred for Gamestop has to be with the actually store near me not them as a corporation. People need to understand that complaining isn't doing anything, gamestop is a company just like Bestbuy or Walmart and they will do anything to make a profit. If you feel the need to sell your games then you can go the route of gamestop but there are other methods out there so it's not as if gamestop is the only place in the world that buys back used games. As with the selling used games new, yeah I wish they would stop that but apparently people haven't spoken out about it enough so a lot of people don't see it as an issue but that just means gamestop isn't getting any of my money.
