From an aesthetic standpoint, Brawl is a better game (music, characters art design stages), however I prefer Melee's game engine and faster paced gameplay over Brawl.

I say the GameCube era as the time when Nintendo started changing and trying new things. Wii fells like the deconstruction of that push forward to me. The truly good games are far and few between (I didn't care much for TP or Galaxy).

But keep in mind, I haven't been completly 100% satisfied with a Nintendo home console since SNES.

I'd say F-Zero or Star Fox, but I'd hate them to be streamlined for people who don't play video games.

[QUOTE="Rocky32189"]No. Some series should be single player only. Metroid is one of those.Haziqonfire

I thought I was alone.

At least I'm not the only one who thinks its crazy.

And here I was starting to feel lonely. Metroid is one of the few Nintendo franchises that I feel hasn't been f*cked up beyond all recognition, and I want it to be kept that way. Hunters was terrible, as was the multiplayer in Prime 2 . More exploration, less streamline FPS BS, plz.

I bought those peices of crap you linked to on the top of the page months ago. The Z button broke quickly on one of them, the A buttons cannot be irked to be mashed and the analog sticks are garbage.

Buyer beware.

I'd prefer to play Megaman on the VC. I can then use the Wii-mote like a NES pad and play the game how it was meant to be played. Not with some clunky GCN controller.toadster101

If that's the case, just get the PS2 version instead. The controls are more true to the NES versions, it's a better value, it comes with the Mega Man Complete Works remixed tracks and has the first episode of the cheesy 1994 Mega Man cartoon.

Metroid Prime 1 can be found at any GameStop for no more than 6 dollars.

It's a great deal, 6 bucks for one of the best games of the last generation.

I seriously hope not. Hunters was an insultingly bad game to anyone who follwed the series at that point.

I also have Trials and Tribulations, but it's being borrowed at the moment.
