I did get a chance to hop on and play some more KZ2. Wow. I stink...

This is the question that haunts me often. I have bought 3 games, and I see another one (well, another 4) I want to buy. I don't like games sitting on my shelf waiting to be played.

I find them unlike books; I have many books that I want to read and I do get to them eventually. Games? I like to finish one before I start another. Again, I know there is now expiration date on a game per se, but having it go stale on the shelf sometimes seems sad.

The reason I say this is that I buy many of my games used off of Craigs' list or Kijiji. I find that going this route is much cheaper than the used game stores and I have the ability to haggle.

Because of this, i have 3 games to finish, before I start even thinking of buying a new game. However, I see that inFamous is ridiculously cheap here in Canada and I'm really tempted to buy it and let it sit until I get to it.

Again, the boon of too many games and not enoug time.

And no, i haven't still gotten on. I suck. i've started a home Reno project and I'm waist deep in Materials and stuff.

But I wanna get a new game!

Ah, life's little conundrums.

I got some game time in with Killzone 2. I'm embarrassingly not as far as I would like, but let's just say I'm about 50% done the game. My friend is just slightly ahead of me, which makes me feel better.

Why the Friday night title? Ok, here goes. I'm a huge fan of the Friday night libation. here is me posting on a friday night after some enjoyment of this past time.

So, I got to play some more Killzone 2 last night. I was so happy, I fired up my lil' PS3. It was magical! Feeling the Duel Shock 3 vibrate in my hands; the surround sound enveloping me; the HD picture appearing before my wanting eyes. Did I die and go to ? I could swear that the clock stopped. I felt the earth stop as i started playing this game.

And...as the campaign began, I took control of Sev. 12 seconds later ....

"Sev's Down!!!" ....

Cripes!!! Dag Nabbit! I lost my chops. Gone.

I really hate time off a game. it took me about 20 minutes to get back in the swing of things, and to figure out where in the story I was.

I had some thoughts about things I want to post, but I'm not sure if this 'gamespot' blog is just purely for gaming. Like, there are some really interesting topics to blog about, but then there are things in my normal life that are just fun to post.

For instance: Post E3 talk and what to look forward to. I didn't see much, but I'm still kinda stoked about Ghostbusters.

Then in my normal life, it's really nice out and the weather's starting to co-operate. I had the chance to play one night, and instead, I went for a walk. Even going to the gym, I'm taking time out of my gametime, which is good. Don't get me wrong, like to play and i do miss it, but I like the non-game world too!

So, can I post other things, or should I stick to Game-related content?

I've been away for business for a few days now, and I've tried to keep up with the E3 news.

back today, though!

It's such a busy month. Around the house, at work, and just personally.

I kinda miss the winter, being stuck in the house, no where to go. I could curl up on my couch and play PS3 until the wee hours of the night.

now? Blasted sun doesn't go down until like 8:30pm, and its' nice out. I'm out fixing the garden, doing a clean-up, work stuff...

Argh!

I want this work to end.Give me some PS3 time...
