I honestly dont know what to expect but from reading your initial topic starter I got this image of Mafia 2. I dont know why.

The counter intelligence will most likely be some form of indeed brain wash and possible identity crisis. I believe the supernatural coldwar games will be prevalent in the series. I dont think this is going to be a run of the mill james bond game. I dont think this game will be open world either. Im hoping for a more linear story.

Im trying to imagine how this will be different from the sega spy action/rpg coming this october aside from set/setting/story.

Im pretty sure this is gonna tie into the assassination of JFK. Something tells me your gonna end up being the gunner or the decoy/target. It just seems like its gonna be one of those games that ties real life things into the picture.

Honestly, I like your ideas on counter intelligence but for some reason I dont think rockstar will be as elaborate as you wish them to be. games should be full of that sort of depth but at the end of the day they are aiming for a mass market (ala the GTA crowd) so its gonna be main streamed. Who knows, maybe they will allow me to cut a guys dick off and mail it to my clone that Im controlling through soviet tactical mind espionage.

Im gonna spare all the remake banter but theres alot of good recommendations in previous replies.

For me Id love to see Rival Schools: United by Fate. And a new Guilty Gear. Blazblue ships to me next week but Guilty Gear will always be Guilty Gear.

I bought it. The matching sucks as it keeps disconnecting me. Dont know if thats me or the general servers.

As for the game being compared to Unreal3 I dunno. I think Unreal3 is a much more enjoyable game but thats just me. Its 10 bucks so it isnt the end of the world but the game isnt horrible. It offers a bunch of multiplayer modes as well as the option of doing storymode with a friend coop (except it isnt story mode, just comic book animations followed by a deathmatch arena gameplay). All in all I dont know if I could recommend it. Im looking forward to Zombie Apocalypse. Plus when Killzone2 and Fear2 ship to me next week Ill be done with this game.

On a side note, I do like the excess amount of cursing. I like also the developers approach to base it off the MAX comic from Ennisand not the movies.
