@hystavito I could see what you are describing happening in gta v. Red Dead Redemption had the lassoing where you could lasso targets, tie them up, and put them on your horse. The handcuffing could be challenging to do contextually - would need to have an enemy without a gun or enemies drop their guns at a certain depleted health mark.

@tom2750 GTA IV is my favorite one. I guess that's because I didn't go into the game expecting a next-gen San Andreas. R* North had to take the game a new direction because of Saints Row but people don't understand that. GTA 4 isn't bad game at all...it's still my favorite current gen game.

I am so pumped up for this game!! Hurry up time!!
