Those are my system specs, now I am trying to narrow down what is the BEST card of all time that will do the best gaming performance. The reason I am looking for a new one is Dell stuck me with a Nvidia 8300 GS; and sometimes programs stop responding, my mouse works but I can't click on anything.

I love Nvidia and ATi so I will accept either one but no one else. No more than $700! I will buy from Newegg, TigerDirect, eBay, or anywhere else in mind!

Some friends told me this would be a good card and also told me about 4870 X2 ATi 2 GB..but I need the best of the best.
