It's probably my favorite game on the 360 followed by Mass Effect, Oblivion, and a few others. And i don't think it's "overrated", maybe it was a little overhyped when it first came out though.
Forza 3 and Mass Effect 2 are the big ones for me this year, then there's Alan Wake, Halo ODST, Modern Warfare 2 (multiplatform), Splinter Cell Conviction, Lost Planet 2. There's also rumors that Rare will be announcing new games, and Lionhead will be announcing a new game (don't think it will be Fable 3).
