Looking for a mic/headset where I dont have to yell to be heard, I want to whisper.

Any reccomendations as to which mic/headset on the market has the highest sensitivity?

My dad actually wanted to play online tonight and low and behold we kept getting the dissconnected from players screen and couldnt log into online.

Funny thing is, it says disconnected to players and we'll return you to Free Roam but obviously it wont even do that.

Are these problems that still persist for everyone?
