And just like they did with Hitman, we have to watch a comparison between a couple consoles at the end of their life cycle and a pc on ultra settings. whats the point on doing this? ok, ps3 architecture struggles with unreal engine, so its obvious that the game runs smoother on xbox, which leads me to the same question: whats the point on doing this??? at least this time they had respect for us and put some technical speech.
it would be so nice to remember my gone years of going to the "supernintendo house" (a common house with several snes, like a domestic arcade, little home business)... I would play top gear, final fight, contra 3 and street fighter, paying one dollar an hour. Now I have literally hundreds of games for several platforms and I don't have the time to play them all. Heck, I watch at my games and Its so hard to choose one... I usuallt get bored of thinking and go to sleep instead!! :S
@DiamondDM13 Yes, youre totally right, and I think I have to say sorry guys for not explaining myself properly. When i say fewer games, i mean better product marketing. Year after year we have seen a lot of exclusive games from sony, high on promises and average on execution. or in other words, games that by all rights should have been phenomenal. Problem is, Sony insists on releasing several franchises on a very fast pace (resistance, killzone, mag, socom, ratchet, little big planet, etc) but they dont have a product strategy for each one of them. If sony wanted to have 4 fps franchises (mag, killzone, socom, resistance), then sony should have invested high on smart marketing!!! so, i "would" prefer to have fewer exclusives with better marketing campaigns and high quality assurance. just like the good old ps2/ps1 games, huh? have a good weekend! ;)
I like the fact that Sony is trying hard to prove that with ps plus you get more than what you pay (and its actually true). Too bad I dont really see the need of getting a ps vita for now... well, at least for me.
