Remember that they aren't mad at you, personally; they're mad at the establishment you represent.Theokhoth
Though they still shout, embarrass and put me down in front of everyone. They have no reason to be mad at me it's their own fault yet, they still do.

[QUOTE="StormzPoo"]I'm currently working at a fast food restaurant and people complain about the smallest things. "Oh I asked for no ice with my drink!", "I asked for no cheese on my burger!", "This is the wrong order!" and MUCH more. Everyday I come to work there is always one idiotic costumer. I'm seriously sick of it! Some people are just plain old disrespectful and some are just wasting my time! So now, every time I get a rude costumer, I spit in their burger and drinks, I purposely drop about a handful of chips on the floor and put it back. I know my methods maybe harsh but keep in mind that I only do this to the extremely disrespectful customers. It feels good to know I'm helping karma against the bad people. I'm hoping people can relate and tell me how you handle rude costumers?rcafan

You do know people can be algeric and can''t eat cheese ? so yea when you order something you excpet it to be right. this why people don't like fast food resturants.

Yeh, but if it was that serious you would have told the server while ordering, not humiliating them when they came with the order you asked for but suddenly remembered cant have.

Well I'm with you TC, if a customer is that full of himself to throw a fit when his order is wrong, then **** him.Solid_Snake325
Yeh, exactly and the annoying thing is they throw fits when it's their own fault.

[QUOTE="StormzPoo"]I know karma will always be on my side.foxhound_fox

Oh the misconceptions about karma...

Yeah, it'll always be on your side... but it won't always be the outcome you will be looking for. Negative actions produce negative results, and positive actions produce positive results. If anything, karma is going to bite you in the ass when you least expect it.

I don't think you understand how karma works. Karma is when you do bad thing bad things happen to you, if you do good things then good things will happen to you. Karma will not come to attack me as I am helping by punishing the bad people.

[QUOTE="StormzPoo"][QUOTE="Iantheone"] Doesnt matter. If the customer says youre wrong, youre wrong. Deal with it. WhiteKnight77

Care to explain why?

First, I think you are a troll along with Carl, the only one who agrees with you (maybe you and Carl are one and the same, sure seems like it). Now, I agree, the problem is you, not the customers, if you are always having to argue with customers with wrong orders, then only one person has the problem, the one taking the order.

You do know that spitting in people's food will get you sent to jail right? You wont just lose your job, but your freedom if someone ever catches you at it.

I always order the same thing when I go to a burger joint, a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and onions. I went to a Wendy's and received a ketchup, mustard and pickles and then 3 days later, at a different Wendy's and telling the counter person I didn't want a messed up order, he said "I am not like the other order taker" and proceeded to get my order screwed up with a ketchup, mayo and onions. I hate mayo.

Get out of the fast food business before someone goes further than yelling at you as the problem is not them, but you.

The problem is definitely the rude customers. The customer blame you for their mistakes and humiliate you in front of everyone. I highly doubt that spitting in disrespectful people's food will get me in jail. I know karma will always be on my side.

Because thats the rules in the fast food industry. You get taught this on your first day man, cmon. You appease customers, they come back for more. You dont get that by arguing with them and spitting in their food

EDIT: Man I need some sleep...

I wasn't taught about rules in the fast food industry. I'm pretty sure the company knows I'm doing them a favor by keeping the scammers and rude customers away.

[QUOTE="StormzPoo"][QUOTE="Travo_basic"]That's just people wanting their order right.Travo_basic
They should have got it right the first time instead of yelling and shouting at me for their mistake.

Ummmm....Did they get a chance to make their own order?

Yes through me. I even repeated it.

Customer is always correct. Do your job right next time

I am a very a very good, hard working employee. Customers aren't always correct and some can go above rude to plain old disrespectful.
