Question 1. 

 Ok so I bought a 360 on the 22nd, I have been playing Xbox 360 for around 1 month now at a friends place and have finished Gears on all 3 difficultiy levels but now that I just bought one I want to know if I can transfer my gamertag from his 360 to mine (I didnt buy Xbox live yet) through system link.

Part B. If I can do this Does can choose to system link with out the ethernet cable (Wireless)

Question 2. Since my tag is not on xbox live yet if I create my account can I take my offline gamertag and put it online??
