I was fortunate enough to get a 20gb ps3 for like 389.99 plus shipping and a hdmi cable last july before the price drop. I felt dumb until I found out about the emulation software placed in the new 80gb. I have wifi ethernet adapter. So Im up to par on the "ps3 experience"
Now with that said on to the topic.
I was researching what games I want next and none seem to really capture my attention besides shooters. They are great in all but sometimes, and im sure everyone can agree, you just want to play by yourself and think. Games like resident evil, metal gear...
I remembered I had a game on my ps2 called ICO. That was possibly the best game I have played and it actually turned me on to adventure games with puzzles. I have assassin's creed, the orange box, and rock band. I am thinking of trading in the bland assassin's creed for a game that I want, either ps2 or ps3. ICO and Shadow of the collossus are bothe 19.99 greatest hits and I know they will last me some time...but what will happen when I beat them...nothing
If I get a shooter like COD4 or maybe even wait for DMC4. I may have a higher replay value because of DLC and what not. Help me decide. Two great ps2 games or one ps3 games. Keep in mind I have some great party games already.
By the way....I may just buy pixel junk monsters for 7.99 and just shut the f*** up lol
