I have over 50 games on my ps3 alone and i buy all games new, some i got on sale and some as gifts, but i still bought the majority. The developers deserve their money, so i will always buy new.

The way i think of it is i pay 10 dollars to see a 2 hours movie, if a game can offer me 12-15 hours of entertainment i get my money out of it, if i get more then 15 i am more then happy.

Does anybody really buy RTS games for the single player? Its really just a glorified tutorial.

DaBrainz

I do. I cant tell you how many times i have replayed the singleplayer campaign in the first starcraft.

You have STALKER in brokenware? The game is fantastic and is far from broken. millerlight89
Its brokenware. The game wasnt playable until like 2-3 months after launch. I bought it on day one and was so dissapointed by how buggy and unplayable it was. Dont get me wrong, once patched, and moded it is a fantastic game.

[QUOTE="siLVURcross"]Multiplats, people don't care about them.Ninja-Hippo
Other than the 99% of people who enjoy playing games.

When it comes to enjoying games its fine, but on system wars multiplates are nothing because you can play them on other systems, meaning it gives the system they are on no advantage over the other. Why wold i buy a 360 this year when one of the only good exclusives is alan wake? Im better off getting a ps3 where GOW 3 came out for this year, or the wii for SMG2. Im not going full fledged into all the systems libraries obviously, but exclusives are what matter here.

It doesn't seem that odd to me that maybe he would have grown out his hair in between games. What really gets me though is that they changed the voice actor. I hate it when they do that in games.

Foolio1

They have good reason though. They are going the uncharted route and doing the voice acting while they do the mocap acting, it makes the cutscenes much better. They said the first actor wasnt capable of doing the voice work and mocap so they got someone who could do both. I dont think he will be missed, im sure they found someone who sounds similar enough.

This cant be serious. It sounds like they stole mod nation racers entire concept and put it in the game as a side project.

Take a look at this video and watch when Jaffe is actually driving around. With the way he is manuvering at high speeds you want the car to control super lose and basically toy car like. Like another user said, its a car combat came that is very fast paced, you dont want GT5 controls, hell you dont even want motorstorm controls.

Because the effects of mature content are balanced out by the effects of good parenting. And if parents don't want to put in the effort, I suggest they do as I do and not reproduce.lowe0
Quoted for truth. I used to play Duke Nukem 3D when i was 8 or 9, yes the game where you kill everything in sight while your character spouts out 1 liners about kicking ass and chewing bubble gum while throwing money at strippers. My mother was worried, but my dad used to play with me and explain the diffrences between the game and real life and whats good and bad, even though i already knew it was just a game and bad stuff. If i was getting out of line and was acting badly because of the game my parents wouldnt have hesitated to take the game from me.

Kids have been exposed to bad content like this since before video games, its just on a great scale now and its the parents job to know whats right for their kid. If they hear their child screaming curses and racist remarks into a microphone they need to smack them across the head and take away the game.

[QUOTE="TintedEyes"][QUOTE="designer-"]Those look incredibly smooth, not a single jaggie to be seen. So bullsh*t designer-
or mlaa

Dont fool yourself for blind love of a console. The game will not look that smooth.

Your right, it wont look nearly that smooth, but it will still look very smooth. The saboteur used MLAA and it was very smooth, and its an open world game.

I played it on PC first, and i was able to get fallout 3 new on ps3 for 20 bucks after they patched it and it ran fine. It looked a little worse then it did on PC and the framerate was fine. From my understanding it was a shoddy port before it was patched, because i saw no problem when i played it.
