On TigerDirect.com, you can get a GeForce 9500 GT for at least 70-80 dollars. I'm pretty sure it's better than the 8600 GT. As for your question, I suggest getting a new video card to have higher FPS.
I get furious when my helos get destroyed in World in Conflict (Multi-Player) Although it hasn't happened when i played WiC, I have destroyed my LCD Monitor and banged up my normal monitor when I lost at several games. My mistake.
800x600. I know... You might think that I have bad taste with graphics, but the thing is that my video card is an ATI Radeon Express 200. It came out in 2004 so it's not that good... Well, at least it can handle World In Conflict on Medium and sometimes High.
