I remember that you had to get 100% for the good ending (the faiths bring him back for Yuna...or something...been years since I played it)
-part of that 100% is listening to some guy's speech without tapping 'x' to speed him up (takes forever)

And what I mean by that is games that shoot for an art style will look better then the games that go for photo realism ten years from now. Mario Galaxy, DKCR, Kirby EY, Metroid Prime 3 etc. will always...ALWAYS will look good. Assasin's Creed, Call of Duty and the like will age quickly and look bad in a few years from now. What i've learned from this genereation: Nintendo Always Knows What They're Doing...Trust Them.
