With no multiplayer from 2 & 3 for replay value its not a syster seller, plus they're old last gen games. What are you going to do once you finish completing all three of the games? Probably never touch them again and move on to something else.

The yearly release crap is why I gave up on this franchise and got rid of all the AC games.
