Ok on MMO champion they have the Cataclysm talent calculator. What I can tell from that, is that Blizzard decided to stop expanding the talent trees the way they've been doing since it's getting way too long. They've now condensed some elements and talents into a smaller tree, similar to the size it was back before TBC expansion.

Seems what they've done really is take out some of the more pasive talents that don't change the playstyle so much as other ones that might say, grant another ability.

Yeah, and you have to spend 31 points in any talent tree (the trees only have like 36 talent points in them total) before you can even subspec in another tree. There is absolutely no thought to be put into talents anymore.

Yeah I have a legit copy of the game bro. VAC just takes for god damn ever to ban people because it does it in waves, rather than automatically.

well everyone that cares about TF2 owns it already and all it's update news is on steam which you have to have to even play the game, soooo... why would GS waste their time on repeating update news that everyone should know already?

The game is going to start circling the drain if they release cataclysm the way they have it now. It's super noob friendly, but it offers no complexity whatsoever anymore and it's catering to the lowest common denominator in its entirety now. Should you try it? I guess, you'd probably never get a better time to.

TF2 jsut gets better with every update imo.

I could play TF2 for another 2-3 years at least without getting borewd to be honest.

They need more events. I played the crap out of the haloween event because it was so damn funny. But it does get boring otherwise. Most servers only play the same map over and over again, but really there aren't a whole lot of maps anyways...

rangers were pretty terrible in GW1, can't imagine they'd be much better this time around.

[QUOTE="yellosnolvr"][QUOTE="SF_KiLLaMaN"]If you want to play with rampant hackers go ahead and buy it. Why would you want to buy MW2 twice? It is bad enough if you already bought it once. :/JangoWuzHere
this. theres a lot of hackers. a lot. im in a hacked lobby at least once every 2 sessions.

I only got into a hacked server once. You must be unlucky.

And how many times did you play it? Once? MW2 is maybe the most hacked PC game of all time. It ranges from the less obvious texture hacks to the more obvious wall hacks and aim bots. It's activisions fault though for not including dedicated server support, these guys would be banned in seconds on a dedicated server.

I'm pretty sure any new MMO they make won't have the same impact as WoW. WoW was incredible back in the day and it got people hooked. Since then they've changed the game so much, and almost entirely for the worse, yet since they hooked people a lot just stick around.

Their current mantra at blizzard is to make WoW the simplest it could possibly be because that's what they think people want. Now unless they're going back to the days when things were more difficult with a new MMO then it won't be hooking people into it. I can't imagine many people would want to play a new game if it started out as dumbed down as WoW is right now.
