FRom my experience, they will rip all of its guts out and replace everything. I sent mine in and the serial numbers were the same but everything else was different, it ran quieter and cooler than it ever did before.
lol if MAG is embarrassing then so is every other shooter. i think its a really good game and what type of graphics were people expecting from a an online game that supports 256 players? imo the graphics are very impressive when you consider the amount of players and the gameplay is fantastic too. if you like COD then there is no reason to not like MAG

I think that the 256 players thing is a gimmick, its all divided up. Thats almost like saying Halo 3 supports 2 million people at once, its just divided into sections....
Somebody tried to tell me I don't like FPS because I don't like MAG lol!

Which pisses me off because my power supply just went bad and now I can either get an Elite(I need the HDD space anyway, and the black is sexy, but it's $300) or buy a third-party power brick(which voids my warranty and I don't trust after-market products, but it won't cost me $300). The worst part, I just got about $250 for my birthday that I was going to use on Darksiders, Dante's inferno, and Heavy Rain, but now I might have to use on a new 360.
Ebay is where you need to go. I bought a MS powerbrick for $20. And its not a 3rd party one either.
Um, you dont have to use the MS one, I have 1 friend who uses a logitec network extender thing and another friends who uses the wireless adapter for his original xbox on his 360 and that is third party as well. but you are right $100 is insane, they learned too much from Sony last gen...lol
I enjoy my PS3, it has gotten a lot of play time in the last few months. That said, there are only 2 games announced for 2010 that interest me, modnation racers and maybe heavy rain. So it looks like I will be back to playing my 360 the most again. And on a side note, I dont like the controller anymore, it was great when I was a kid but now my hands have outgrown it. And sometimes after listening to Sony fanboys, I just want to throw my PS3 out the window to avoid being associated with them...lol.
It has the best games available and large amount of them. The best contoller I have ever used and the best online. The hardware is junk but one of my friends bought a new one and it is silent and does not get hot so I am hoping that the hardware will be better now. It is the console that got me back into video games.
