Satan has a specific meaning to it. It was used to describe anyone that wasn't Christian back in the days.

Where were these "Days". Christianity wasn't always the major religeon, and in some places in Asia ETC you can still be killed for being one.

Actually a good portion of the Bible is actual historical fact, because The Bible was used as a means to keep track of birthrights and records.
