Even though I'm a director, I still have to apply to upload videos over 10 minutes. And it sucks right now, because the form is still under construction.

Video Edit Magic 4.2 is your best choice. You don't need to lower the resolution or make the dimensions smaller.

Hey guys, question: What program can I use to decrease a video's resolution and where can I find it?
