For people that don't like Morrowinds graphics, you can put a bunch of mods to make it look cool.
The mods I use are...

Your list could use a little variety. It's basically a top 5 if you only include one game from each series.

In with "OMG where are the JRPG!" :P
Seriously, what the hell? You have Planescape on there, but not Final Fantasy VI? Diablo, but no Terranigma?
JRPG in general don't have enough freedom (read: they have none) to be considered as real RPG. ^_^
Though yeah, Diablo shouldn't be there either.
Tsk tsk tsk. Why the pretenses? Didn't D&D originally have you read from a book (meaning that there was some sort of set path)? Don't hold me to that, I never played D&D.
D&D was pretty open ended and free. Is all up to the GM of the game.
Diablo 2 was one of my favourite games ever, and it happened to be called a "Rpg".
I never really got into JRPGS. They just didn't appeal to me.
10. Oblivion
A lot of people can argue about how this game was garbage or didn't have enough depth, it was a solid overall RPG with enough content.
9.Fable
A great game in it's own right, I had a great time creating good and evil characters.
8. Diablo 2
Some people disagree if this is really an RPG or not, I would call it an RPG and I had a great experence while I was playing it.
7. Morrowind
I know people are going to flame me alive for putting Morrowind above Oblivion but I had a much better time playing with Morrowind. It just sucked me into the game.
6. Baldur's Gate
A great RPG, truly had great characters, a great story and great gameplay.
5. Fallout 1
A really humorous, sci-fi game.
4. Baldur's gate 2
Improves everything that made the original so great.
3.Planescape Torment
The story and the atmosphere just took my breath away when I played it.
2.Fallout 2
One of my favourite RPGS ever, it had everything.
1. Unknown
There's always going to be another game that is going to be better then what I like now.
One again, THIS IS MY OPINION.
There is no official release date, there ain't even evidence that there're planning it at all.
But I still think most likely they'll release it for the PC. Like the did the original.
I have a couple of things to say so... Hear me out.
1. You can't compare Fallout 3 and Tactics together. Fallout Tactics wasn't the next Fallout, never was, never will be. But when someone puts "Fallout 3" then it has to be as close as the first 2 as possible, while updating it a little bit.
2. I'm not sure if I would like Fallout 3. I had two things I liked about the first two. First of all, I loved the sarcastic humor that you could hear, the witty remarks, even the choices of lines I could say were great. Second of all, I also liked that because it's in the Fallout setting, you could see and do anything. Go to New Reno and there's whores, drugs, gambling and more. You can shoot others in the groin, kill children if you wanted to, you could be a retarded person who didn't know how to put a sentence together, ETC.
Something that I hated about Morrowind and Oblivion were that you were almost forced to be in a 1st person mode, 3rd person was nearly unplayable and I want to see my character. Another thing I hated was that the quests were for the most part, boring to do.
I really want to know if I would be able to enjoy Fallout 3, please go into detail with my hates and loves to let me see.
