@zowbaid If you're lacking for money, Dishonored is sure to be cheaper. Haven't played either game, so I couldn't make a recommendation there, but Dishonored may have had a price drop.
@Tripwolf Likely because Gamespot only rates in multiples of .5, so even if those control things might make it .2 or .3 better (which minor control issues and slightly better graphics would warrant, tops), he can't give it higher.

So, the Bioshock Infinite trailers said that Bioshock was the highest rated first person shooter of all time (according to Metacritic). Bioshock had a 96 Metacritic score. The 360 version of Infinite has a 96 Metacritic score.
Ken Levine has now officially made the top two highest rated FPS's of all time.
@VRamund Gamespot hasn't given out a 9.5 since Dark Souls, I don't think. Perhaps, despite the high quality, Kevin didn't want to give 9.5 to a 15 hour game?
