Obviously the winner is whoever can persuade Madagascar to join their side. :DIn all honesty, I think the Western world would be too strong, assuming full EU participation.
Gotta be Civilization for me. The Civilopedia allows me to learn about history, and aside from teaching me, can also spark an interest in a civilization or time period.
