I'm 23 and feel the same way. I don't game nearly as much as I used to in college. But you know what, it still is fun to game for a couple hours once in awhile. But I even though when I do it, I can't play long and I lose interest. But I still like to do it when I can. I think you should continue to game on. If you are strapped for cash, then sell your stuff. If not, keep it. I don't recommend buying games. Just rent a game or two here and there that interest you

Do yourself a favor and actually play GoW2. It's that good.

Can't say I'd want a beta key, though I loved SC I wasn't really that much of fan, besides I'm a SP person. I'll wait for the full release though still not sure about getting it first day.

Well then it isn't so bad for you. I was a big fan back in the day. I played it a lot and got good at it. I've been waiting for the Beta since last June when the Opt-In was announced. The beta has been out for about a month now and I still check my e-mail everyday for that key =p In the meantime, I've purchased a PS3 and another Xbox 360 (RROD and no warranty) to help calm the SC itch in me =p

I have no key yet =| nor do I have any friends that have keys (double =|).

A key would certainly make my rough week a lot better :D

Illusive Man's intention is to protect the galaxy from the reapers yes. But he was willing to do so at any cost. I destroyed the station cuz its not worth it. And as shepard said, he'll still save the galaxy but not destroy humanity's soul in the process.

I guess (at least in my game) that shepard is neutral now. Not alliance, nor Cereberus. ME3 could be quite interesting. I heard the wait for ME3 won't be as long either...

I was innocently browsing a different forum a few minutes ago that incidently contained spoilers in it for ME2. The forum post was ME2 related and I chose to read it out of curiosity. Well the first 4-5 words were enough to be a spoiler for a big part of the game and I quit reading after that. While I can not confirm what was stated was true about the game, it sure makes sense and comes as a big spoiler.

So just a simple warning, if you do not want to be unintentionally spoiled about ME2 and are stoked about enjoying the game as much as I am, be careful. 4-5 words can potentially ruin a big part of the story, even if a forum post looks innocent. :)

according to the mass effect 2 wiki site, if you do not have saves of the game, the beginning of the game will recap/ask questions abou the first game and the major choices involved. So if you can remember what choices you made in the original game, you can select them in the beginning without the save.

However, I do recommend getting Mass Effect on PC as I did. I too had the Xbox 360 version until my box broke down. I decided to buy the PC version and I love the game even more. Better controls and better graphics make the game that much more enjoyable for me.

One last question :)

How many commands can you queue up?

EDIT: Also, will other members in your group use spells/skills automatically, or do you need to assign them?

I have a few questions for the people that have played the game.

Is there a tactical view or a bird's eye view? I know Bioware said there wasn't but I seen a video on Youtube and it was in there. Just a confirmation would be cool.

Is going through the menus and the skill wheel cumbersome? Does it really take the excitement out of combat when you have to pause and find a particular skill? Do the six hotkeys do enough? I just read in the IGN review that it is somewhat of a pain because you have skills that boosts everyone's stats etc.

How are the framerates? Better than mass effects?

I'm still deciding between PC and xbox 360 but I want it more for xbox 360 even though I think the PC version might be better. If this issues are not really present as mentioned above, I'll definitely get it for Xbox 360.

I'll post more questions later if I have them. Thanks :)

There was a high level player in my game just a few days after release. I don't know how high of level he was because the numbers next to his name were glitched. I booted him right away...
