my friends last year dressed up as the sniper and heavy gunner from TF2. They did an excellent job and lots of people recognized them. I however usually dress up as famous rock star and play a rock show for the night. If i was to dress up like an xbox character, i'd do something like marcus fenix from gears of war. I'd definitately would go all out.

I prefer playing on my 19" LCD Desktop monitor opposed to my 26" SDTV. Yes, it's that much better.

My friend has a 51" HDTV and it is great playing games on that thing (and watching movies too). It's worth the money if you got extra.

Half Life!! The whole series. Ever since the first one, the expansions and HL2 (and episodes) each all have their own story advancement in the Half Life Universe. After episode 2, everyone wants to know whats gonna happen with gordon, alyx, the gman, and the borealis. It's one of the most unique, engaging, exciting stories ever.

Others would include, bioshock, metal gears, mass effect, plenty of final fantasy games, chrono trigger and many others as well. These are just the ones that stand out the most for me!

The only game I've seen that came with a trial card was grand theft auto 4.

cool idea and all, but do you realize how many people are going to have their laptops or desktop PCs sitting idle on google ready to google the answer? I think this might be abused quite a bit. However, it'll still be good fun if people play fairly.

I just got back from my BB store, and most of the games were already gone. I think they were just cleaning out their warehouses.

I do feel like a nerd for spending so much on video games/computers and not so much on cars, beer, girls etc. But its what makes me happy =| i spend around 300 a year for games (5 new games). Ive started to slow down and decided to rent some games instead of buying them at least. By the way, I've been gaming since like 1995 when I used to beg to rent NES games.
