Many people are saying that the Simpsons series is coming to an end. While this is not yet known, I keep finding reasons why it probably should, despite the fact that I really don't want it to.

If you've seen the show you might have noticed how everything in the episode ends up somehow winds up the same as when it began. While this sets up a clean slate for further episodes, it creates a kind of 2 dimensional world where anything that changes is not permanent, and is repetitive.

Secondly its been around for a long time and so have the jokes. They all have the same premise with the fad of the month in the real world integrated so it can relate every once in a while.

Also I think they might have done everything. Only thing they haven't done was have Homer be the President of the USA. (There might be an episode but I haven't seen it!)

Should it end? I think it all depends on whether or not they believe the show can keepup its ratings. Their new episodes aren't that great either. So the movie might be the grand finale to it all. Well its been fun, goodbye Simpson family!

Personally I like almost all metal and rock music I also like some obscure artists like Buckethead. The list of bands is 300+.

I also like good songs to drive to, fast paced songs like Eternal Rest by A7X, Laid to Rest by Lamb of God, and Hangar 18 by Megadeth. And then there are artists I like only one song from such as the Sultans of Swing by Dire Straights and Unsung by Helmet.

I also research bands as a hobby and am compiling a list of the top 200 bands from the rock/metal/obscure/oldies genres and will post it at a later time.

And thats my two cents on music. Also suggest music from said genres Im always looking for more music for my collection.
