No one can put LeBron in the same sentence as Jordan, Magic, Bird, Olajuwon, Robertson, Russell, etc. Lebron took the easy way out. All those players I just mentioned had to struggle and work with the team that gave them a start to win a championships. Those players earned their rings the hard way, yet in today's world of instant gratification everyone wants to just find a shortcut to success, and that's exactly what LeBron did. It's pathetic. He will always be second-in-command to Wade on that team and that's that. LeBron's ego is just ridiculous. I've hated this guy for the last 3 years after I watched him, game after game, dancing like an idiot on the court. Every time a call doesn't go his way he complains about it. He gave up in the playoffs.
Dwayne Wade, however, now there is a disgraceful human being. Wade was one of my favorite players in the league, yet after hearing his comments since Thursday I could not be more disgusted with him. This guy has 2 kids in Chicago and is currently going through a divorce and a custody battle. He wins temporary custody of the kids, but he goes ahead and risks all that by signing with Miami. He now stands a 50/50 chance of retaining custody of those kids. Oh and here's his comment on the matter, verbatim: "In the end I have to make the best decision for my family. But I realized that Miami is my family, so I made the best decision for my family." Appaling. On and then there was the other little quib he had about him, James, and Bosh, being the best three players to play together on the same team. This guy's heard of Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabar, and James Worthy, right? Guess not.
