@acharis_frost: Did you just say the PS3 sounded like a jet engine??? Lol...
And what of the Xbox 360??? Are you kidding me. Loudest console ever made... maybe do some research before you bash false facts about the wrong console... PS3 is by far quieter than a 360 there smart guy...
@acharis_frost: I have never had a Sony console fail on me... can't say the same for Xbox... THREE Times.
So read what you wana read. Sony has far better console design... Just like PS2 outshined the Origonal Xbox... PS3 did the Xbox 360 and PS4 is doing now. What makes you think it will change?
@acharis_frost: I think hes refering to harware design and what not. And anyone would agree alot more research and development went into every playstation console as far as design, being able to include the PSU in the console, while maintaining proper thermal output...all on a much smaller footprint. And this generation console clearly shows that. The Xbox one had little to no R&D as far as design... there is no design. Its a giant box. With a giant fan... and a giant power brick... so much empty room inside its not even funny...
@acharis_frost: I have a PS3 still. That is backwards compatible. ( YEAH a first gen PS3 that still works flawlessly. You cant say that about the First gen Xbox 360s. I know that for a fact. I went through 3 of those POS) If I wana play PS1, PS2 or PS3 games, I pick up my big heavy TV remote and press "Input" ... god thats hard to do...
@7tizz: i have no problems joining games, or starting parties on either system. The only thing I had an issue with was around Christmas playing Rainbow 6 Seige online... cause alot of people got it for christmas and the servers were over populated... hell UBI even shut the game down for a day to beef up servers...
All In all, both systems offer fine friends list and joining games. Although I prefer the PS4 UI alot more then the Xone... never been a fan of Win 10. Just like on PC, wish they would have just improved Windows 7. I hate the new OS. Xbox 360 was great, but MS tried to fix what wasn't broken, ...and they broke it in my opinion.
I hope both consoles keep doing well... the 2 -1 ratio (PS4-Xone) seems to be pretty consistant... but as long as they are both selling well, they will both strive to improve...
Thats what its all about. Its better for the consumers like us.
