yes vamp is Bisexual. He actually had a relationship with commander Dolph (fortunes father MGS2) but its not really in the story you have to research it. I suggest you download the MGS saga database its quite helpful. Im pretty sure that has nothing to do with knife licking though. Vamp is just weird like that.
