That sounds like basically any smartphone out there, except then you get the large amount of awesome games on the Google Play store or App Store that aren't available for the Ouya[QUOTE="Blabadon"][QUOTE="Mrmedia01"]
lol NO
Â
OUYA is for people that love Indie games, simple fun games, emulators and awesome entertainment apps like XBMC.
Sure it cant compete with MS or Sony, but for $99 I think it has a decent offering.

Games, emulators are optimized for your TV and a game controller for OUYA. Also I prefer to watch Movies on a TV through XBMC rather than on a tablet.
Â
So yeah it is bascially a Optimized for your TV Android platform. Whats wrong with that? Not everything is a port there is exclusives on OUYA and there are Android games that are unner to play with a controller on OUYA.
Â
IN B4 "I can hook up my Tablet or Phone to my TV, with a PS3 controller".
OK Cool but some people would like the system to stay by the TV at all times instead of worrying about plugging it in and out. Also the games on OUYA store are optimized and made to run well on your TV.
so if you have an android phone. You think paying 100 in order for you to not have to plug your phone into your tv is worth it? To each his own. That's not worth it to me personally. I'd rather plug my phone into my tv instead of paying $100[QUOTE="Toxic-Seahorse"][QUOTE="lostrib"]I've never seen anyone consider Metro 2033 as a graphics benchmark so I'm not sure why you said that. It's the best linear FPS I've ever played. It's atmosphere is second to only S.T.A.L.K.E.R. iv seen plenty people consider it a graphics benchmarkamong those tom's hardware and guru3dthat's pretty good, maybe it will be considered more than just a graphics benchmark

Good luck getting that with your amd card. Lol. If you've been living under a rock and don't know what 2d Lightboost is and how it saved lcd tech do a quick Google search.LordEC911
Some of us actually have skill in the games we play... the increase in response time and not to mention the issues and problems you run into with it while gaming.
The fact that it actually messes up your monitor's settings, brightness, color and negatively impacts image quality is a pretty big turnoff for some people.
for me it has nothing to do with skill. it makes games such as skyrim look as if im looking through a window into it's world with zero motion blur. it looks absolutely phenomenal. something you cant explain unless you see it in first person. and something you can only get with an nvidia card ;)
Haha when it comes down to it. This guy > your argument.I dont even know what frame rate mean lol.. i know few people tried to explain it to me before but i forgot
i play games to have fun and talk to friends not care about.. frame rate whatever the fuk that shit means :P
