I've played and beat all 3 Halo games. I own a PC and a 360. I can say with confidence that the Halo series is fairly average. The Call of Duty series is better, the Half-Life series is better, **** the FEAR series is better.

Half-Life IS NOT better. If I would have wanted a puzzle game, I would have purchased Tetris 2. :lol:

Call of Duty is better in your dreams, perhaps. Its gameplay is just disgusting compared to Halo's, as a matter of fact.

No FPS in this business does a better job of working with Perfect. gameplay like Bungie.

Oh, and I have a gaming PC, but rarely game on it.

Halo3, perfect gameplay? Does it have all the online FPS modes like War/CTF/HQ/S&D etc? Does the campaign have good storyline an MGS or FF game? No it doesn't, Halo3 is overhyped piece of crap. Who gives a toss if Halo3 has sold 8.2 million copies or not, that's just pathetic 360 fanboys buying it because it's a halo sequel. Perfect Gameplay? you'll find this in MGS4 and no where else. FPS? Exactly like Modern Warfare 2, this one will sell way more on the Xbox 360. Sorry, but they all sell better on the Xbox 360.

I'll let you in on some history, it's fairy accurate but i admit it's been awhile; After world war 1 Germany had restrictions put in place on it's military, navy and air force. These restrictions where to be enforced by America and Britain the two leading powers at the time. America and England did nothing when germany broke those restrictions and built up a military force. America and England did nothing when Germany invaded Austria.

Germany pushed into Poland and England among other allied countries declared war on them, once again America chose to do nothing ignored it's duty, ignored it's allies, ignored a small threat that soon grew into a force that killed millions of people.The French chose to stand up and fight before you did and i know how much you guys like to mock them but at least they did something.

I am from Europe, but if it weren't for the USA, Germany would have controlled the entire world now. We should face the fact that we were saved, dude.

I wouldn't say Halo 3 is perfect, but it does have good controlling, good graphics, good AI, great online support, good story (Apparently anything with aliens is "Sci-fi generic" these days..), and an amazing soundtrack. Could aspects of it have been improved? Sure. But it's the best all around FPS series I have played, and it really forces me to keep going back to it:pTaMuK711

Halo 3 is not perfect, but it does have perfect gameplay. But yeah, it also has other great things; like the legendary soundtrack or the greatest superhero in video game history - Master Chief.

Well, it means:

excellent or complete beyond practical or theoretical improvement

conforming absolutely to the description or definition of an ideal type

And that's exactly what Halo 3's gameplay is - absolutely perfect up to everything. Nothing needs imporvement as far as gameplay is concerned. Easily the FPS with the most PERFECT. gameplay to date. Bungie did it so well that nothing comes close.

No, that's called Perfect. gameplay, and that's why so many people enjoy it. If Modern Warfare was so much better, why aren't there more people playing it? Halo 3 will never be stopped playing. Modern Warfare 2 will come, but people will still play Halo 3 the most, especially with the expansion coming. Until Xbox 720 comes, Halo 3 will pwn us, whether you like it or not.

Halo 3 has the perfect gameplay. Have you even played the game, if I may ask? No FPS on the market does as great job as Bungie. Half-Life, for instance, does not come close with its puzzles and good physics. Whereas Bungie truly has aimed for the most important to the gamers - MP and gameplay, which they do perfectly.
