Pretty much to sum up this review "This game is almost perfect. But the optional hints make you remember that its a video game, and turning it off is too much work... ph and some of the characters are unsympathetic... even though that's the point." 8.0
If you wont play this game WITH THE AGENDA you have in your head already you would NEVER, EVER see i that way. What you'd see is an amazingly emotional storyline with very strong female characters in Ellie & Tess (so far I've only just reunited with Tommy) and great, great dynamics and relationships.
He loses his daughter and now he's looking after a little girl... and that's a problem to you... meanwhile had he lost a son and looked after a little boy, you'd have a problem with the lack of females in the story... when you have a shit agenda like you do NO ONE, no matter how great, will ever do anything that you agree with unless they are making that story WITH THE THOUGHT of addressing your agenda in mind... anyone JUST TRYING to make a story out of the emotions and minds that they personally have will be wrong in your eyes,.. but it doesn't matter what you want to see it matter what the creator has in their minds.
@noeway @TheRobRose You're proving my point though, and are part of the very problem you're complaining about. If haven't enjoyed it in 3-4 YEARS.........Stop buying it every year if you don't like it. You obviously want new Creed WHENEVER it comes out...even if you just want to bitch about it, you want it. and there's zero reason Ubisoft should see a difference with that.
OH! And people fail to realize that Ubisoft has different teams working on games at the same time... which means the games aren't just being made in 4 or 5 months time like a sports game or even 8 or 9 months like CoD...AC3 was in development for 3 years (but was still released too early because they backed themselves into a corner with the 2012 thing) AC IV over 2 years now. That's why the single player takes a good 30 hrs to get though even with the side games. As opposed to the 6 hrs wth CoD
Call of Duty makes MINOR changes every year... sell 40 Bazillion copies... that sounds like such an irrelevant number to some people... but think about that... for every ONE copy bought that is ONE person that A: WANTS a new COD every year and B: Obviously enjoyed it the year before if they're back again.
WHY.. HONESTLY HOW...HOW can someone think that putting out a new CoD every year is a dumb decision when 40 BAZILLION people disagree with you.
@shinluis @TheRobRose What's the difference? What vested interest do you have in any of that? If there's a Creed game every year that I enjoy playing... WHY Wouldn't I want one every year? I liked Creed 3.... it was fun. The ending was a bit of a letdown, but whatever... I had fun for HOURS before that, and what can I expect? They NEVER said Assassin's Creed 3 would be the end of every thing and can I really blame them for making sure the series continues on forever? If people are BUYING IT... DO IT! If the games really did suck, people would stop buying them... and then they wouldn't come out every year.
VERY VOCAL Minority of whiners... I'm a BIG Creed fan... I want Creed every year.
The end... I'm sure the day will come where I get sick of Creed and don't buy it right away, play it months later and all that... but even then I want it there on that shelf every year.
It's like the people that complain "UGH ANOTHER COD Game!".... and then it sells 10 Million more copies than any other game has ever sold ever.... HONESTLY take a second and think about that.
