First off, my brother got the Playstation for his birthday. The first games we got, or rather, he got with it, were Spyro the Dragon and Crash Bandicoot 2. I don't remember if they came with it, or if my parents purchased them for him.
If that doesn't count, the first game they purchased for me was Tomb Raider. I can't remember if it was the first or the second one, to be honest. Since then, I have wanted to raid caves, with guns blazing, searching for mystical artifacts.
Well, my problem is, we're only allowed to sit in the kitchen area, which has a little 'break' area set up, but I can't stand one of the cooks, so that's out of the question.
I'm screwed. I guess I'll have to pretend that I REALLY need to use the toilet, then. XP
Wow what a sad day. As I was clicking into this topic to write this very post, I saw 4 threads in a row with misspelled words in them. Seriously, who can misspell "cried" or "believe"?camreeno360
What makes it worse, is that you can check the spelling before you post.

I highly doubt anyone's gonna be thinking about becoming the Incredible Hulk or Spiderman or whatever.[QUOTE="camreeno360"][QUOTE="TheSavva"]If you think about it, it would also screw with the Darwinism approach. "Only the strong survive" but when we start messing with genes, and turning everyone into superhumans, would the mortality rate surge or fall greatly? Could more idiots around potentially kill us all? Face it, there are plenty or morons out there now practically deciding our fate.camreeno360
Then again, what about the individuals who want to use gene manipulation for malicious intent?
I don't know, maybe we could have some government regulation where only certain people are authorized to do it....But put it this way, maybe if we produced a bunch of super smart people, they'd figure out a solution to that before our eyes. It's like the "problem" is solving itself.Well, if only certain are authorized to do it, who is to say that they won't be blackmailed, or it won't go to their heads? Power can corrupt even the most decent of people.
I hope you don't think I'm jumping down your throat. I tend to see the negative side to things moreso than positive. :P
Well I don't see how you could blackmail something when it's basically a few years in medical school, unless you can put a degree in an envelope and send it away. Knowing how to modify an embryo isn't an object. :lol:What I had meant was when you have "X" people authorized to do something, what's to say that outside forces won't find a way to influence their work?

an i dunno what it is. i bought the ds when it first came out since i had a ton of gba games already, that old one was HUGE. then sold that old ds for a psp(my hands would still hurt after time). later i sold that psp since i bought another one(my first psp was japanese an couldnt play movie umd's, just games an other stuff). an i just bought a ds lite a month or two ago because it seemed new an REALLY light(which i thought would help). but my hands still hurt if i hold it regularly after awhile. like my middle, ring, an pinky get numb an stuff, especially the left hand when i play my handheldsHushRong
That is EXACTLY my problem, which is frustrating - expecially when you're really into the game you're playing.
