I just want to say even though I did not buy it because you could pay $3 for it at redbox. I think there is an unfounded criticism that the game is a boring slog call of duty clone. It was an exhilarating campaign that I finished in a sitting. Really fun coming from someone who has never picked up a CoD or Battlefield for more than an half-hour or so.

I spent about $90 on Dot Hack Quarantine. Not a collector's edition or special edition outside of it's limited and coveted status.
Yikes, I know it's a remake, but I was able to pay, enjoy being a different story, about $15 for this trilogy on PS3.
It already is whether or not you bought a physical disc or not it's probable that there is a patch larger than the initial on disc data waiting to be downloaded before playing. Welcome to the digital future.
You can already find it for cheaper, and no I still haven't bought it although I was excited for it prior to releasing.

This game has been in development forever!!!! Jeeze I remember being excited about this in like 2008.
Oh look. Total biscuit rips another game..
I don't know. I think it's a valid criticism. The game wants to portray history but it creates a cartoon. Reviewers who are astonished by the emotional pulls of the game probably need to expand their horizons.
Whats the most easiest and casual game ever made?
I choose Prince of Persia 2008
I remember when i played it for first time and i was like I cant believe it is possible for any game to be that casual and easy. It even made COD feel like very very hardcore game. the game has no game over mechanic. everytime you were dying, elika save you, every time you fall, elika save you. game doesnot even has combat at all when you encounter enemy. you just have to press a button ie QTE.
so anyways what games you think are easiest and most causal games you ever played?
Elika saving you is the fail state. It could be said the game offers too generous of checkpoints, but Elika's rescue scenes are no different from fading to black and reloading at the last previous checkpoint.
when you reload from last save. it means you restarted from last save. but when elika save you. it means you didnot die yet enemies you killed also died before saving.
Checkpoints and savepoints are different. As Jag85 said, it takes modern game respawn to its logical conclusion. BioShock has the exact same checkpoint system in place, there's no "game over" mechanic in BioShock, but rather than having a transition animation it fades to black before starting you out 5 feet away from where you hit a faile state.
