...the adventure continues
TheSlanger the Mythic is now Level 59
my pet Diamondback is Level 37
He had just finished his business in the urinal and was washing his hands in the bathroom sink when I, as I watched myself in slow motion, rose from the toilet in the booth behind him. Images of a raven, candles, a man in a hooded cloak flashed before my eyes as I approached the man with my arm raised holding a blade. He turned toward me and had terror in his eyes as they met mine, that's when I stabbed him. He fell to the floor with a gasp and I knelt over him continuously stabbing him in the chest.
I awake from this trance like state only to find myself on the floor in the bathroom of a diner, kneeling over the body of a man I just killed with the blood still dripping from the knife in my hand. I have to think, what shall I do next? I have to cover my tracks because I distinctly remember a cop sitting in the diner when I came in earlier that night. I drag the body into one of the stalls and close the door, then I stash the knife in the stall where I sat when it all happened. I use a mop to clean up the blood from the floor and then I wash my hands and face and walk out of the restroom. I sit at my table and have a bite to eat and a drink, there's a coffee cup in the seat opposite mine, I don't drink coffee, was I with someone earlier? I pay for the food and leave the diner to enter the subway, I have to get some sleep to sort things out so I head for my apartment.
I wake up screaming the next day and my sheets are soaked in blood and there are carvings on my forearms. The next thing I know the cops ring my doorbell...
This is where I save my progress and turn off my PS2, the rest of the Indigo Prophecy will have to wait until tomorrow. But this was a very promising beginning.
After almost thirteen hours effective and I don't know how many hours actual game play this button mashing killing frenzy is over. I have killed Ares - the God of War and taken his place on mount Olympus.
This has got to be the best game I've ever played on the PS2, if not ever.
I created a new character in Guild Wars the other day, a Necromancer / Monk called Dark Slanger.
This choice of professions proved to be a wise one, he's much more powerful than my previous character who is a Warrior / Monk. Yesterday he reached Level 9.
I re-arranged the items and added a few new ones.
I also re-sized Andi's sig to make it more "sig tag size". Can't seem to get rid of the gaps in this post though.
I discretely passed over to Level 17 Minus World a this weekend and yesterday I passed 6K posts.
...so now I've bought new versions of every Tomb Raider game from one to five so I can play them under Windows XP.
Now I can play them all over again.
...now I only have 83 games in my collection left to rate
