There is nothing shallow about the combat in god of war...

You can call it something else, but if it has no depth what could it be?

No depth? Try God of war 3 on Chaos mode and see how far pounding buttons gets you. You need to learn to mix combos with certain weapons , what weapons to use on what enemies and mix range attacks with melle attacks. If you want it to be its fairly complex although the easy mode allows you to just pound buttons.

You can get virtually the same parts in a mackbook as you can a pc you will just pay about twice as much and not have as many compatable games.

Why would you think thats a joke post? It has a higer metiacritc score then any hack and slash this gen and its production values blow everything else out of the water. Dantes inferno was nothing more then a straight rip off.

Thoughts? It will suck because Itagaki isn't involved.

Itagki wasnt involoved in NGS2 and it was better then the orginal NG2 which repeatedly droped to about 10 fps.

I never said Sony did not make any money off of the PS3 now. I said this gen and the PS3 has lost a ton off of the PS3 this gen. I seriously doubt the PS3 has made all that money back though or even close to it

Here is another one Sony gaming division posts a $889 million loss. According to the article it is due to low PSP and PS2 sales. Not sure how if the PS3 is making so much money they are posting a loss just because two other systems sell less. I would think just lesser profit unless the PS3 is not making a ton even a year ago.

Those links are old but the PS3 started turning profit in June 2009. Those are also only accounting for hardware sales. As they dont talk about the profits made by the actual games , which is where companies make there money. Unless your Nintendo who sells ridiculously underpowered hardware for more then what its worth.

The gaming divison in general became profitable as of last year meaning all the money they spent on the PS3 was made and then some. Most of there losses have nothing to do with there gaming division. The amount lost due to the hackerswhich is170 million is a drop in the bucket for sony. The 1.8 billion from the Tsunami not so much.

I read recently they got about 40 billion in cash so I dont think its going to sink them.

But its got LA NOIR wich is AAA so it has anohter AAA title that cant be played on the pc. Not sure why hermits gloat about AAA exclusives when the PS3/360 share a host of AAA titles that wont come to the pc anytime soon.

Sony makes great cameras , tv's , blu-ray players and gaming consoles. Phones? Not so much.
