That's funny...if it is guaranteed to break down, why are the majority of 360 owners still have their 360s working. I've had mine for a year a still no problems. If your going to claim that it is guaranteed to break, then every 360 console out there should be breaking down.

What surprises is me is his enthusiasm. How can someone keep on going like this even if the court system is ignoring him. I just think most parents are looking for a scapegoat for their bad parenting. I have seen it too many time, Mom's getting their kids PSP's at Liberty City Stories (last year, early). I used to work at Target and I encountered a lot of mothers buying GTA games for their kids. I tried to explain to them that there's a lot of violence in the game. I even tried to explain the ESRB rating, but they don't want to listen....they just want to shut up their kids who are just having a tantrum. Jack Thompson is a sad individual who will do anything to support his crusade. He even used the tragic death of a videogamer in a MGS website forum to further his cause. This kid committed suicide for unspecified reasons. Before he tried to kill himself, he wrote a letter to the forumite about how he lost hope and how he can't take it anymore. Then after his death...Jack Thompson wrote a letter to sites admin...blaming the MGS game for the kid's death. He used a kid's tragic death just to bash the videogames
I remembered when it all started..... these forums were flooded with cows posting "but teh realism and teh uber cool guns" when the first few screenshots of the game was posted online.
