[QUOTE="evildead6789"]

Apparently it's rocket science to you, that build you gave is like an 8 year old made it.

mastershake575

What are you talking about ? Every part he recommened was newer than what the TC originally had (even the case). Its not an amazing build but its pretty decent for the price (which is what I stated).

As for the rocket science statement re-read what I typed again. The statement was direted are your lack of dicussion skills (instead of saying what you didn't like/wanted to change, you just type "this build sucks" which does nothing but instigate which is pathetic since this is a help forum).

This clearly ins't rocket science for me since I actually want/perfer a dicussion format (that was the sole reason this board was made). If this type of posting is to complicated for you then I suggest moving to another board or forum

You should not be allowed to comment on other peoples discussion skills when your spelling skills are that horrendous.

1. Doesn't matter 2. If you get faster ram,it'll downclock to match the 1600,so yes. 3.7850/GTX 660 4. GTX 760MonsieurX
For #4, the OP asked what to get if money were not a concern, yet you name the cheapest 700 series card. Doesn't make any sense. If money is really no concern, get the Titan.

also, #1 certainly does matter. You can't just stick 2/2.1/3.0 wherever you want.

Don't bother with a GT620, if you aren't gaming or need to save money use integrated, otherwise budget at least $60 for a 6670, preferably $100 and aim for a 7770.

Re-read the original post. He said he will be using it for gaming as well.

If you have reseated it already, then Im guessing its a defective unit. But by chance, crazy question, did you use any thermal paste?

Sounds to me like the cooler is defective or seated incorrectly on top of the cpu. Reseat it first, then if that doesn't help, file for an RMA to get a new unit.

[QUOTE="The_Animator23"][QUOTE="xeffectx"]Technology evolves every year I am not gonna wait year after year just to get something new. xeffectx
A new architecture is very different than the normal year to year gains. a typical gain for new architecture is 40-60%.

true it keeps evolving but I think 2 titans should last me quite a while.

If you had bought those 2 titans last year or so, then I would agree. but these next cards have been said to far surpass even the titan. I think buying a 680 now to hold you over, and then buying 2 top of line cards from those series once they are released is the smarter option.
