I have the same router and had problems with it in the beginning too.
The security setting I have is WPA/PSK2. You'll want to log in to your router (preferably through LAN), with the address "192.168.0.1". Type in your login credentials and go to wireless settings. There's an option for "Firewall Settings" and what you will need to do is scroll to the bottom and add the PS3's IP address to the DMZ.
This is the only way that I have made it work, and even sometimes I'll have to reset the router so that the PS3 (and even the rest of my wireless network) can detect the router.

the IP address for DMZ is 192.168.2.2 then on the PS3 re-scan everything and go through easy!! it works ive got the same router to but i now have a hard wired connection.
My PS3 takes a long time to download demos. I have never had a demo download that took less than two hour and most of the time it takes well over three hours to download a demo. I get high speed internet from Suddenlink Communications.
I just ran an internet connection test on my PS3 using speedtest.net and my download speed is 733kb/s
I also ran the same test on my laptop and the download speed is 7944 kb/s
Both my PS3 and laptop are using a wireless connection.
Why is it so slow on the PS3 and how can I make it faster?
Thanks

put ur PS3 under DMZ
Hey, i need some ideas for a new game. Ive got heaps of shooting so i want something different. I was think of a good racing game but are there ay good games which i wo't get sick of and can still play it after completing it???
Before you charge it turn it off and plug it in. It will keep flashing until it is fully charged. Make sure you wait until the controller is fully dead before you charge it, it is so much better for the batteries!
I have both, never played the first. Will it ruin the experience if I play II first? Might sound like a silly question but I hear II is better and I want to get stuck in!!! :)
Would I be missing out on a massive storyline or something? Thanks.

Trust me.. AC2 is so much better than AC1, get it.
Yes, you definetly should get AC1 because it is very informative for AC2. Maybe think about renting it and but AC2!!
