Having only played Pokemon Y I can say I will very likely never buy another. It was fun, but I'm not exactly a Pokemon person and all these games seem very similar.

It's an Ubisoft game, no one is expecting a good story

I never expect anything much from annual games. They are designed to sell, not impress

For me, this series grew stale years ago. Haven't truly enjoyed an AC game since the second. I guess I won't be jumping back in any time soon
