A port of any Banjo-Kazooie game. Super Smash Bros, of course. Another Rogue Squadron game. I also wouldn't mind Resident Evil 2 & 3.
I agree with happy_dude63 (well, except for the turd part :? ). LocoRoco was made specifically for the PSP's screen & controls. I don't think it would have worked on the DS. Just like Canvas Curse wouldn't work on the PSP.
