Hy all, i have a question.
Does the PS3 break like X360 or does he have some problems?
I mean everyone is saying....aaa my x360 break again..... i have the red rings again.....sounds so bad
So, the PS3 has problems?
xsqmko
No. That's why it's so awesome.
[QUOTE="yoyodan92"]mate, good choice. Lol trust me i gots both, take ma ps3 ova ma 360 anydayym3Boarder32
Liar liar, pants on fire. There is nobody in the world that owns both that prefers PS3, it just can't be. Im going to have to ask you to prove you own both..
Why not? I own both. When the other console works, then yes, it's pretty nice. It's off at the repair shop again. So by default, I prefer the PS3.
By the way, asking anonymous Internet posters to "prove" their setup is fairly juvenile.
[QUOTE="shogoh"]I bought a PS3 but I use it mostly as a dust collector. Works wonders for that.
... I'm just waiting for good games to come out. For me so far there are none. The DS is the console which gets all my play time.

Sucks for you, I still enjoy playing Oblivion, Calling All Cars and Motorstorm.
Oblivion is certainly a great game
so, what you're saying is that $600 is worth 2 decent games?clone01
We're saying $600 is worth it for a console that runs. Conversely, $400 for something that is error-prone is not such a hot deal.
[QUOTE="The_Todd_5"][QUOTE="Nikko_25"]What are other reasons I should buy a PS3?Antox-RX8
It works.
umm hello xbox fan.?
That was a vote for the PS3.
I also own the other system that the OP is considering. It's in for repairs...AGAIN.
- Long time to save up
- I ALREADY HAVE A BLU-RAY PLAYER
- System and Games may pose too expensive
- Controller is very hard to use (imo)
Bamaloo
1) Keep in mind the online component is free. Unless you're planning on picking up the $250 console.
2) Unless your current BluRay player plays games, I'm not sure how this factors into your purchase decision.
3) The games cost the same for EVERY console.
4) The fact that Sony kept the design the same for 3 generations now seems to indicate that the majority of gamers have been pleased with the way the controller works.
[QUOTE="Liams"][QUOTE="The_Todd_5"][QUOTE="Liams"][QUOTE="techargon"]oblivion looks better because it wasnt a rushed cheap port, you can thank companies like ubisoft for rushing ports and not taking them time to do them properly, they are all about the money now and not the games they make. whats scarier is that they are shopping to buy up smaller devs. roydabomb
Can you clear this up on the one hand you are saying that Oblivion wasn't rushed and therefore looks great on the PS3 and then in your next sentence you're criticising Ubisoft for not taking time with their ports. It's Ubisoft who publish Oblivion or are you talking about other titles that Ubisoft have "ported" to the PS3? If so which ones? BTW IMO Oblivion looks no better or no worse on the PS3 VS the 360 version
a) Bethesda developed Oblivion. Ubisoft was merely responsible for its production in Europe. Needless to say, the hard work is on Bethesda's end.
b) Gamespot and IGN have stated the PS3 version is graphically superior. I'd take their word over yours.
Forums in case you where wondering, wheather they are discussing video games, cars, clothes, music or any thing else are all about (and this is the tricky part you might want to read this next bit twice so that your little brain takes it all in) OPINIONS!!!!!!!!! Idiot
Dude, I think he was also expressing his opinion
Roy just owned you.
You can feel free to discuss whatever you want. But Gamespot, IGN, and the vast majority of the people on this board with functional eyeballs would say that the PS3 version is graphically superior. And I'd agree with them over you.
