A computer is not only the things that we consider a computer. A computer is a machine, not nessessarily electricity powered, that manipulates, or rather computes data fed into it according to instructions. Taken from wiki. I agree with this definiton. As long as a mechanism can take inputed data, process it and give results somehow according to some instruction, then it must be a computer, or a computing device. Another example of a simple analog computer would be a slide rule. This mechanism here, the one in the link is an example of a analog computer.

Yeah, I agree with that. Remember not all computers are PCs.
A friend of mine has a similar problem. When he chooses certain characters, that error message appears. He said that it's because his game disk is damaged. Maybe you got the same problem. Solution? Probably getting another Brawl disk. Do you have any friends that have the game as well? If so, try with their games.
