yes the ps4 can use PRT but because the HDD is slow and data from the cpu is slow Im curious to see them use it .

No one is using dx12 features in the x1 because its for the upcoming engines most engines are still dx 9 and 10 they do benefit from threads workload spread but as you said forza used bundles dont no one else had access to this, plus you are forgetting the also have a new rendering technique thats coming with dx12 so they havent showed everything.

Since MS let them implement their GI lighting system into EPIC engine most likely at least one is gonna be an xbox exclusive
