Game trailers are pointless gimmicks anyway. They usually don't show any of the actual gameplay and basically create much higher expectations than what's being delivered.
If I really want to know about a game I'll watch gameplay vids on Youtube.
Yes, I'm not much for silly pre-ordering either.
