It depends on what game they're in. Like in SSBB (it has Mario characters in it) I like Mario and Peach. Of course, in other games, I still like Mario, but hate Peach because, even though she's been kidnapped hundreds of times, she doesn't hire a bodyguard. So Mario is my favorite Mario character.
Has anyone played it? It is, in my opinion, a great game. You get to see more of the Turks, and you get to play as Zack, who Cloud, if my information is right, thinks he is for part of Final Fantasy 7. I highly reccomend it for anyone who has a PSP and is bored with it.
I find it odd that you don't have a pokemon on you're team that knows fly. Fly is a staple move that should be in any good trainers party. I reccomend Honchkrow/Murkrow. Dark and Flying is really epic.
The Wii has different graphics. It's more cartooney, not irl. Really guys, the Wii isn't for Hardcore gamers, because if a 'hardcore' gamer was to design a game, it would be a blood spewing, extremly realistic first-person shooter. The Wii excells for parties and such. Shooters are great, but too many of them make playing fps (first person shooters) boring. For Wii games, I reccomend SSBB, Mario Kart Wii, Red Steel, Dokapon Kingdom, and Tales of Symphonia 2.
Its a long shot off, but Heart Gold and Soul Silver (NEW Johto pokemon games) are coming out eventually. As well as Scribblenauts, Golden Sun DS, and Spirit Tracks. I recommend those games best, but there are plenty of others.
