Take a look at this monitor, its a 22 inch hanns-g with 1000-1 contrast ratio. Its $235 with a $40 rebate. I actually just got this its gonna be here mon, just in time for Halo 3 :D.

yes you can when sending the message select someone your sending it to and record the message. Then when your done recording hit edit recipients and then select who you want and your done.
If your looking to get an hd tv for just gaming i highly suggest you get an lcd monitor instead you can get a 22 inch one for half of that tv. You just need to buy the vga cable for the 360 which is $40. The cables a rip but your still at half of what a tv would cost. Okay, I'm probably wrong though, but I used my calculator and apparently, the amount of copies made every day (if 81 copies are made every second is true) is 6,998,400. That's quite a lot for the next 17 days of waiting.Billowix
