I saw the first few episodes with no expectations and didn't find it offensive, in fact I found it pretty entertaining and would've kept watching it if I was of the age demographic (which is weird since I watched Voltron all the way through). The only thing I didn't really like was She-Ra's design. Her Adora form looks good and so do the other characters, but something really seems off-putting about her transformed state.
Pat yourselves on the back for a job well done, it was all you guys being so inclusive by giving these fellows a chance, not the hard work and dedication they put into acquiring these roles.
This is the problem with news today; People just have to insert their opinions into everything so we get little news sprinkled by a heavy dose of pundit. Link your Twitter or label it an opinion piece if you want to leave divisive personal thoughts so those who actually care can read about it and the rest of us can steer clear.
