[QUOTE="bobbetybob"]

[QUOTE="Oscar-Wilde"]I believe people use those game as examples as to why this year will not be that bad and not as the reasons to buy a Wii. but yes i agree with you. Games like NMH, Zack and Wiki and Trauma Center are spectaculars and very good reasons to buy a Wii, even though they are not for everyone.Zerostatic0

I think the reason people use them as examples though is because they are recognised genres/franchises. Anytime somebody makes a thread on Wii games, me and a lot of other Wii owners will say, wow so many there that could be great, de Blob, Deadly Creatures, Fragile, Little King Story etc etc, yet the fanboys always come in and go "lol all luk crap cept da FPS one and that Madworld with all da blood innit". So Wii owners trying to say that Wii does have good games coming for the rest of the year are forced to use games like these, that do look good, but that aren't original or that unique.

That's a great point, and I agree totally. Games like de Blob and Deadly Creatures are what people shoudl by hyping and buying for the Wii.

So basically the problem is extremely negative fanboys who are strangely opposed to anything even remotely promising on the Wii.

I agree with that.

Pro Evolution 2008 on the Wii: 8/10
Pro Evolution 2008 on the PS3: 6/10

They're not even the same version. Accept facts. You need to buy a Wii to play Pro Evo 2008 Play Maker.

So I guess Ninja Gaiden Sigma is an AAAe on the PS3

since you got a new feature or two that can't be played in Black or the regular NG

Sigma was an official remake. That is a different thing entirely.

Did it have things that the other games didn't have?

Yes.

Therefore, by your logic OP NG:S is an AAAe.

Pro Evolution 2008 was given a distinct suffix at the time of release. Not to clássify it as a remake of the original, but to clássify fy it as a seperate product.

Therefore using different logic entirely.

Sigma was an official remake. That is a different thing entirely, similar to Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition, which is not exclusive. Play Maker however is a different game altogether released at the same time and separated by a suffix to officially separate the two products.

Although i havent played it (or even seen videos of it), i heard its similar to an rts. If thats the case then its waaaay different than the other versions and should be considered exclusive.shutdown_202

Thank you. First logical post.

I'll say this once, and if you can't find a logical argument, then it's exclusive.

It has an official suffix which seperates it from the 360 and PS3 versions!!

AA, but not exclusive, just different play style and such.

Pretty much owns any other version though.

EuroMafia

The same can be said for GRAW on the Xbox360 which doesn't have any such suffix of official seperation between the two products.

  1. Pro Evolution 2008 is considered a Wii exclusive pretty much everywhere, including by Wii owners on this forum.
  2. It has a suffix "Play Maker" which the other two versions do not have, making it a different game.
  3. The PS3 and 360 received universally lower scores.
  4. It is fundamentally different than the 360/PS3 counterparts offering a unique experience which cannot be obtained on any other version. The same argument as to why GRAW is considered exclusive on the 360 on this forum.
  5. Wikipedia lists it as Exclusive to the Wii platform.

I just like to ignore the Wii... in general.wmc540

That's literally ignorance.

I mean the Wii has the most exclusives by a factor of about 100 in development and some really promising RPG's in particular.

[QUOTE="Tony-Harrison"]
  1. 360 (FFXIII & Star Ocean)
  2. Wii (Fragile Farewell Ruins, Arc Rise Fantasia, Tales of Symphonia 2, Final Fantasy Chronicles 2)
  3. PS3 (White Knight Chronicles)

finalfantasy94

Why is FF13 on 360 and not PS3 that makes Zero sense dude.

Lazy.

But FFXIII and Star Ocean > FFXIII and White Knight Chronicles. Which is why I place 360 above PS3. And since PS3 has mostly multiplatforms I had to put it last because Wii has lots of upcoming exclusives.

Make sense?
